1. Account Registration & Membership Plans
Title Match Network offers three unique membership plans, each with different access levels and pricing:
- Monthly Membership: $9.99 per month, billed on a recurring basis.
- Premium Membership: $14.99 per month, billed on a recurring basis.
- Yearly Membership: $99.99 per year, billed on a recurring basis.
All memberships are billed automatically, and recurring charges will continue until the membership is canceled by the user. The subscription fees are subject to change with notice, which will be communicated in advance.
2. Account Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your Title Match Network membership at any time. To cancel your account, please follow one of these methods:
- Via Website: Log into your account, go to the account settings page, and select the option to cancel your membership.
- Via Email: Send a cancellation request to admin@titlematchnetwork.com.
- Via Chat Message: Contact our customer support team through the live chat feature on our website and request account cancellation.
Once your cancellation request is processed, your access to Title Match Network will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. If you lose access for any reason, please reach out and we will restore immediately.
Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused services.
Please note that digital download purchases are non-refundable once the file has been accessed.
3. Recurring Charges
By subscribing to any of our membership plans, you authorize Title Match Network to automatically charge the payment method you have provided for the membership fees. For monthly or premium memberships, charges will recur each month; for yearly memberships, charges will recur annually. You can cancel your subscription at any time, as stated above, to prevent further charges.
4. User Information & Privacy
Title Match Network takes your privacy seriously. We will never share, sell, or disclose any personal information you provide to us during the registration process, including your PayPal or Stripe account details, to third parties. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information and ensure that your personal and financial data remains secure.
We collect user data only for the purpose of processing payments, providing customer support, and improving our services. For detailed information about how we collect and use your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited Conduct
When using Title Match Network, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the functionality of the website or services.
- Share, upload, stream or distribute any content on our website. Violating this infringe on our intellectual property rights.
- Engage in excessive password sharing
6. Limitation of Liability
Title Match Network is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services provided. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Modifications to Terms of Service
Title Match Network reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on the website. Continued use of the service after changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas in which Title Match Network operates.
