How do I cancel my membership?
Cancel automatic renewal whenever you need. Your paid membership is intended to remain available through the end of your current paid billing period.
- Sign in to your TMN account.
- Open My Membership & Account.
- Under Current Membership, choose Cancel Membership and confirm.

Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request deletion of your TMN account or separately purchased downloads.

Where do I subscribe or upgrade?
Choose a plan on the Membership Plans page. Existing members can review their membership under My Membership & Account.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Open My Membership & Account, find Current Membership, select Cancel Membership, and confirm. This is intended to stop future recurring payments while retaining your current paid-period access.
Will I lose access right after cancelling?
No, provided your paid membership is still within its current paid billing period. Your membership is intended to continue until that period ends. If access unexpectedly disappears early, use the contact option at the bottom after checking your account.
I paid but cannot watch. What should I do?
Confirm you are signed into the same TMN account used for the purchase. Check My Membership & Account for your active plan, then reload the video page. If the payment succeeded but your plan is absent, use the single support link below.
I think I was charged twice.
Review your membership transaction history and any separate download orders. A renewal and a separate purchase may appear as two charges. Also check whether you have multiple TMN accounts or separate PayPal/card subscriptions. If you still see an unexplained duplicate, contact support below with dates and amounts, never a full card number.
Where are my purchased downloads?
Visit My Downloads. Purchased downloads are separate from recurring membership access.

Open Live Events & Replays, or browse the All Shows archive.
